We love to cook together, travel, play board games, hike, enjoy a good pizza and movie night and spend time with extended family. We homeschool our children for several reasons, but the main one is for the flexibility that it allows for travel and visiting family in other states. Homeschooling has also provided the opportunity for Sarah and the kids to take classes with a local homeschool band together, and all 4 of them are enjoying learning how to play multiple instruments. Our oldest child, Joel, is twelve years old. He's a very funny and loving boy! He loves to play soccer, to read and building Legos. He is very involved in the youth group at our Church- singing in the worship band and serving on mission trips to Pennsylvania every summer. He also volunteers in the 2 and 3 year old Sunday school classroom at our Church, where teachers love him and his ability to entertain the children. Next is Genevieve, who is ten. She's easy going and a very caring girl! She enjoys dancing, singing, arts and crafts and playing with her hamster, Dumpling. She also loves learning different languages and is currently practicing Chinese, German and Spanish. Genevieve is also a little mother- taking care of friends younger siblings and her two year old cousin. She prays daily for a new sibling! Our youngest is Liam, who is seven and the comedian of the family! He's also our athlete- playing soccer and flag football on a team, at school and or even just at home in our basement :) He is a Buffalo Bills fan and hopes to play for them some day. Liam also enjoys cooking with dad and his grandpa and is known to be our resident guacamole maker. We attend Church every Sunday, where Billy also leads a small group of high school boys and Sarah and Joel serve in children's ministry. We love our Church family and feel like that is our second home.
