Our names are Greg and Angela.  As you read this, we hope you can get to know more about who we are, what we value, and what is on our hearts.

Our Story: We met in 2006 at a friend's house-warming party.  We saw each other again a couple months later at the gym and started playing racquetball together.  We both knew fairly quickly that God brought us together, and a year and a half later, we were married.  We desired to be parents, but were unable to have a child biologically.  We learned to trust God even more through this journey, and we believe that God led us to grow our family through adoption.  In 2013, we adopted our precious son Nathaniel, and we love him more than words can express.  We have so much respect and love for his birthmother and enjoy sharing updates with her.  Nathaniel will always know how much she loves him.  We prayed for Nathaniel before even knowing about him.  In the same way, we are praying for our next child and his or her birth-parents and family.  Please know how loving and selfless we think you are in making an adoption plan.  We believe that having a strong Christ-centered marriage is one of the best gifts that we can give a child.  We both have a strong personal relationship with Christ and are committed to raising children in a Godly home.  We invest in our marriage by continuing to "date" each other, praying together, serving together, and showing our appreciation for one another.  We have fun traveling, spending time with family and friends, exercising, and outdoor activities.  We also enjoy being involved in our church, to include mentoring engaged couples and being active as a family in the children’s ministry.  We enjoy spending time together as a family and have a fun, loving, and supportive home.

About Greg (by Angela):  Greg is devoted to me.  He is faithful, respectful to others, and an incredible husband and dad.  Greg's calmness is one of his strengths, and he always makes others feel at ease.  He enjoys studying the Bible, playing sports, and vacationing at the beach.  Greg has a great sense of humor and fun personality.  Greg works as a consultant.  He is intelligent and hard-working, but also ensures family is his priority.  It has been such a joy to see how involved he is as a dad and how he leads our family.

About Angela (by Greg): Angela is compassionate, thoughtful, honest, and has a nurturing spirit.  Angela is an amazing mom who values family.  You can literally see the joy in her face from being a mom.   She also enjoys photography (and photobooking), hiking, and planning activities with family and friends.  Currently, Angela works a part-time schedule as a university faculty member and is intentional in how she spends her time with our son.   Angela places a priority on family and is committed to our marriage.

About Nathaniel:  We brought Nathaniel home when he was a newborn and fell in love with him immediately. He has such a sweet disposition.  He loves to laugh and be silly, give hugs, and learn new things.  He has a great sense of humor and excitement about the world. He loves music, playing with balls, and books.  He has fun playing with other children, and we know he will be a wonderful big brother.

About Boomer:  Boomer is our wire hair fox terrier.  He is a sweet dog and great around children.

Our Home:  Our home is situated down a quiet cul-de-sac with many trees and is within walking distance to a playground, park, and other fun activities.  We are fortunate to have wonderful neighbors-many of whom have young children. We enjoy living in this community.

Our Prayer: Thank you for taking the time to read our story.  We hope this letter has given you a glimpse into our lives.  We have been praying for you and will continue to do so throughout your adoption journey.
